COVID Vaccination Status Scheme

Your vaccination status is a record of the coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccinations you have received. Your status includes your name, date of birth, and any coronavirus vaccinations you have received in Scotland.

Get a record of your coronavirus (Covid -19) vaccination status here

You can also get access to your vaccine status by phoning the COVID-19 Status Helpline on 0808 196 8565. The helpline is open every day from 10:00am to 6:00pm.

COVID BOOSTER Vaccinations and FLU Vaccinations

The practice are vaccinating some patients against FLU and providing COVID Booster vaccinations if due.  We are only vaccinating patients who are housebound or if you are 80 before the 31st March 2022.   We are almost complete with our vaccination programme and hope to have this completed by mid November.  We will be contacting patients by telephone to offer an appointment or to arrange a house visit.

If you are not in the above categories, please DO NOT contact the practice to enquire about your  FLU Vaccination or COVID Booster.

Patients aged 70-79 and those classed as Clinically Extremely Vulnerable are currently being invited to appointments at local Mass Vaccination Centres to receive their COVID Boosters and Flu Vaccines. This will continue until approximately mid-November. If you are in this age group, and have not received an invitation to attend a Mass Vaccination Centre by 16th November 2021, please contact the local appointing team on 01563 826540.

For all other patient groups (out with the 70-79 and clinically extremely vulnerable groups), who are eligible for Flu Vaccine and/or COVID Booster, you will also be invited to attend a Mass Vaccination Centre throughout November and December. Patients will be invited for vaccination in priority order by age and high risk category and will receive an appointment letter in a blue envelope at the appropriate time.
